Sky router has power and wifi lights both green. No internet light at all despite several resets and reboots. Although did flas intermittently orange earlier today. Internet essential for work, can you help please. Thanks.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@MJT run the My Sky connection test over a mobile connection as that will tell you if their is a known area fault. If there isnt call Sky to reportvthe issue.
However you need to be aware thst you use the connection for work does not increase the priority to fix what is sold as a domestic connection and Openreach are extremly budt due to the number of faults the recent bad weather has caused so it could be some days before they get round to your line.
