No connect upstairs
The WiFi does not seem to be able to support the connection in the upstairs of the house we have a extender hub upstairs but the connection is still very unstable and does not allow us to work from home as required by our employers

Re: No connect upstairs
Sky loans wireless booster hardware free under the terms of the 'WiFi Guarantee' element of 'Broadband Boost' and the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' part of the 'WiFi Max' subscription supplement: they don't otherwise provide or sell them except to resolve issues with Sky Q. Inevitably some have leaked onto a certain auction site, but Sky won't offer support with using these. Confusingly the 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' doesn't actually provide booster hardware, and is essentially a sales lead generator for the supplements mentioned above.

Re: No connect upstairs
If that's a Sky booster with an ethernet port it may be worth trying an ethernet cable. Perhaps note that 'boosters' are really 'relays' and are more effective at mid-point positions rather than adjacent to client devices.
Ultimately an ISP isn't responsible for WiFi coverage (any supposed'guarantee' is actually no such thing). If local wireless conditions are really problematic you'll need to investigate your own solutions such as Powerline networking.
