You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is made up predominantly of Sky customers helping other Sky customers which includes additional help from customers who are Superusers like myself.
Firstly see this link
If you have 'Wi-Fi Max' Sky will loan you up to 3 booster pods. Call Sky to arrange the first one. Additional pods then require an engineer visit to check your set up,

it doesnt even have a WPS button.
On the Sky Broadband Hub and Sky Max Hub the WPS button is cunningly concealed low down on the right hand edge.
The Gigafast+ Hub doesn't have a WPS button because that's not permitted in the WiFi Alliance specification for WiFi 7 devices which use WPA3 encryption by default.
