Why does sky rip customers off. I joined sky broadband on the 7th September, have 31 days to cancel so cancelled on the 25/09/2026. Customer service extended my cancellation date to the 09/09/202600I did not ask them to even argued with them as to why. Know I know why, they now say I owe them £128. Also £32 for October to November even though they actually cut ALL SERVICES on the 6th October, so how charge me this money. I was paying for 2500mbps only getting 100 MBPS sent an engineer he said can't do anything SO I KICKED SKY WHERE IT HURTS AND LEFT THEM, ABIDED BY ALL CONDITION AND SCAMMING SKY ,,,STILL IS TRYING TO STEAL FROM ME A 75 OAP NEVER AGAIN, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER.
