@Noramarytheresa given therevis no pin number for Broadband can you post which TV system - Sky+HD, Sky Q, Sky Stream or Sky Glass  - you have so we can move your post to the coorrect forum

There used to be the WPS PIN.

 

Unfortunately that turned out to have a truly horrible error in implementation which left it fatally flawed.
