My WiFi is activated but it kept saying incorrect password

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@QWiFi itvis quite easy to misread the password on the label as Sky will use both the numberc1 and the ketter I and 0 and O.
If you are surecyou havectyped the password correctly reset the hub which will return it to its defaults. The black hub press and hold the reset pin until the power led blinks which takes up ton30 seconds. On thecwhitechub press and hold in thecwps button for 30 seconds then release.
