Sky phone number not working

I'm trying to contact Sky to cancel my broadband. I'm currentl stuck for an estimated hour on the online chat because the phone number's I have for Sky (provided by Sky) do not connect - they are 03337 594 813 and 03337 591 337. Are there any other numbers I could try?

Hi,

I don't have a landline and the link just gives me the same info I have already seen. Do you know of a working number? I can't sit in much long waiting on this online chat thing, it's been nearly 40 minutes already.

If you are changing to another provider who also uses the Openreach infrastructure then join up with them and they should contact Sky on your behalf.
You’ll need to return any loaned router to Sky, so it’s very important you get proof of posting and keep it indefinitely. Return packaging will be sent out to you near the end of the notice period.
