I just got the Sky - Utlrafast Max installed and getting slow speed. On running the service checker, I get an error - There's a problem with your broadband. I called customer care, after waiting for an hour, got connected and they raised a case with Engineer for site visit to check the line. which will take a while due to festive vacations and weekends.
Can anyone tell what can be the possible issue or the resolution?

Out off 25 hours system time both wifi bands have only been dropped almost simultaneously . First port of call would be to call sky ireland. Unfortunately their lines aren't open at the weekend.
Called the by following the link below and a the bottom right click the irish flag for contact details
Contact sky as below
Follow the link and choose need more help

If in the Republic of Ireland go to the bottom of the page and change the flag to Republic of Ireland

@cookiemonsteruk Thanks, I called them to book an engineer for inspection, would you know what might be causing the issue and what will be the potential fix. I wish to know easy the fix is and how much time it might take as my another contract is ending in 3 days and I don't want to sit without an Internet.

My first thought would be a faulty hub as not many things will take down both wifi radios at the same time.
