Sky max
Why am I paying the extra for the fastest Sly speed when it's not in my area ?? Should I put my old router back on we didn't have any issues before we did the upgrade ?

Re: Sky max
The WiFi Max add-on covers a set of services and hardware* applicable to ADSL, FTTC and FTTP. If it's not providing you any benefit (which is mostly for the higher FTTP speed bands) then you should certainly consider whether it's value for money.
