@ellymay122 very unlikely to be due to your new hub its far more likely to be a line issue. However unfortunately the white hubs dont report their connection stats like the older black type so forum members cannot see what is going on. Best advice is therefore to run the full connection test in the My Sky app or website as that will show connection speed history and can book an engineer if it spots a fault.

@ellymay122 if the app is not offering an engineer it is probably because the minimum guaranteed speeds for your connection is lower, Openreach often will not accept fault reports unless speeds drop below the minimum speed or the connection is very unstable. The kit in the cabinet could well have dropped the speed to stabilise the connection which is exactly what it is designed to do howevercwithout being able to see the stats i cannot be certain.

The speeds copper lines can support do vary as the external conditions like weather and the levels of electrical interference change it is unfortunate where a line used to perform well but now is less good but unless Openreach accept a fault there is nothing you can do about it. You can ask Sky but it is not something they control.

That used to be the case: Sky will now supply Max to households with a main Q box and one Mini box.

Re: Sky max

But have found no fault on my line .

I have Sky Q with Sky Max. Router .As of 2 days everything was working. When I go into settings I go into settings  Satellite Tick .Network Con Tick ..Watch Via go x Watch on Q mini BoxX.  Cannot reset

Both say need you need a active broadband connection to watc Sky Q on Sky Go Which I have .

Also All my apps have disappeared

My mini Q box won't work  it says you don't have the right subscription to use Sky Q mini box

Has anybody has this problem A engineer is not  due until the 2 September
