Sky max pod

We've just had a new router and also the sky pod as it wasn't quite reaching the bedroom.
we can't get the pod to connect.

ive tried moving the pod but we still have a dead spot and lights flashing on the extender.

@Lil991 The pods need a strong connection to the hub to operate. Therefore intially connect the hub by plugging it in near the Wifi Max hub and allow it to fully update which can take more than an hour. Then move it to a position no more than halfway between the hub's position and the area needing the boost. If you still get issues call Sky as thry will send out a broadband engineer who wil check the position and can authorise another 2 hubs if required.

@Lil991 if the engineers checked your wifi network while looking at the line Sky may skip the visit step but going on past experience they send out one of their trained broadband engineers.
