Sky max hub with pod a couple of issues - speed dropped and disconnections

Sky max hub 500 with pod a couple of issues - speed dropped and disconnections.

Live in a 1980's bungalow.

Issues - 1)  hub is in bedroom moved pod to hallway and Wi-Fi speed in lounge 450mbs however issues with sky stream buffering in the lounge. Moved pod to lounge and connected via Ethernet cable no issue with streaming but speed on other devices used in the lounge are now 40-70mbs not 450!

2) iPad, iPhones and sky stream need to reconnect to Wi-Fi each morning seem to drop connection.

Any suggestions please?

@Fergieboy Move the sky Hub to the middle off the property to start with by the sounds off it!

Unfortunately the cable to the property is in the bedroom, I did want it to the lounge but they weren't keen on digging up the garden so unfortunately moving the hub isn't an option but thank you for replying.

@Fergieboy the stream puck cannot use more than a steady 50Mb/s to display the most demanding UHD content. You can check exactly  the speed the puck gets by running ghe network test in the Get Help menu of the Netflix app. Ensure the puck is out in the open and not for example tucked behind a wall mounted TV as some people try to- TVs contain metal that blocks the WiFi signal.
