Sky max hub stuck on set up

I see quite a few people seem to have had this same issue but can't see how to resolve it. My skymax hub is showing as setting up and the orange light in app spinning. The hub itself seem to be working with the white light on. Does anyone know how to fix this?

@Fitzybhoy79 if the hub is connecting and you can use it ignore the app as it sounds like the hub is not been added to your account properly. If, however, you need to change the settings call Sky as they will get the back office team to sort the problem takes 48 hours normally.
