Sky max hub setting up
This is my first time using Sky. According to the company, they activated my Max Hub three days ago, but no matter what I do, it won’t connect. In the app it just says “we are setting it up.” I’ve been without internet for three days and it’s really frustrating. I’d really appreciate it if anyone who knows about this could help. The modem is just stuck on a slowly blinking green light.

@Ras4 You need to call sky, the about lights are below and if you have connected up the hub correctly and to the correct method point then looks like a activation issue, take it you have an activation date and had all the text messages etc!
This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!
