Sky max hub return

I've returned the sky max hub tracked however royal mail say : We're holding this item at NDC Parcel Hub Delivery. We've received a request not to deliver mail to the property your item is addressed to today. We'll attempt delivery as per the instructions we've received, which is usually on the next working day.. It's still not been delivered. How can I return it when sky has told them not to deliver to thevreturn address???

That happened to someone else recently on here. Maybe a search will find the thread and what happened

This happened to me as well, mine sat at a hub for a few days then was delivered to the warehouse it was supposed to be going to. As long as you have sent it off which you clearly have a don't lose the tracking details then what happens to it now is not down to you. Should Sky tell you that it has not been returned then post back here for help and do mention that you have the tracking details.

@Andy164 As soon as the SKY centre is free to accept delivery's it will be sent to them, just keep an eye on the tracker, happened same to me when returning EE Router, and went 2 day's later to them.
