Sky max hub not working

Hi I have tried everything to get my hub working.
1/ re-set all wires

2/ unplugged for several hours

3/rebooted the hub 

4/changed passwords

5/deleted the app and reinstalled the app.

6/I haven't been disconected

7/white light on

8/ disconnected a device, then connecting back up. 

Nothing has worked..
