Sky max hub not activating

Hi,

 

I hope someone can help. 
my Sky Max hub will not activate and is claiming there are broadband issues even though I am online. 
I can't get to the settings to change my WiFi id etc nail the hub activates. 

my partner and I have checked the cabling multiple times and it is all correct.

@Rosie1903 There is nothing for you to do but call and get sky to help with the issue, dial 150 from your landline!

Don't have a landline lol. But managed to get onto Sky and they have found a glitch on the line so they booked an engineer for this afternoon.

@Rosie1903 Just so you know, you do have a landline with every sky system sold! But at least you have worked out the number for calling them, hope the Engineer manages to onboard your sky Max hub to the system LOT going on in the background!
