Sky max hub not activated

I've recently received my new sky max hub. It's connected to the Internet but the my sky app seems to think there's an issue and isn't completing the set up. I've reset the hub, unplugged everything, run the set up again etc. Funny thing is it's showing on my billing but not the app 🤷🏼‍♀️ Any ideas? Thanks in advance

@Katherinepound8  Was the Max Hub a replacement hub or have you recently signed up to SKy Broadband?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

It was a replacement/upgrade. I had sky broadband with sky boost previously.
