Sky max hub menu

Installed new sky max hub. Been waiting hours for the menu to appear on the sky app to change wifi name and password. Tried factory reboot no joy. Internet working fine.

@Asasasass if logging out of the My Sky app closing it and signing in from scratch doesnt help call Sky as they need to sort this from their end.
