Sky max hub flashing green then staying on red

So I was meant to be activated today. Plug in hub to ONT correctly but I have a flashing green light for 30secs the solid red light for 30secs and that just continuously repeats. 

Has anyone else had this issue I have searched and can't find it anywhere

I have the exact same issue, did you find out the issue?

No still no word as to what it is. They have asked me to send a photo of the set up, but I have checked it's correct many times. I'm about to send will let you know if I get any answers.
