Constant connection drops Sky Max router via ethernet

Recently moved from BT to Sky via a fibre connection.  Experiencing lots of connection drops on both WiFi and Ethernet connected devices, despite broadband/wifi checker saying all ok.  Have followed some of the guidance from other posts (ie changed to WPA-2, turned off shield, etc).  Still drops connection or regularly puts my calls on hold.

WiFi cover seems poor upstairs too, don't have this issue before (not massive house).

Any help much appreciated.

Is the setup the same as your BT one? Router in the same location, boosters if you had them before

Which Sky hub do you have?

Hi,

Set up all the same as before, never needed boosters in past.

Had the black router when moved over in October, had same issues so upgraded to Sky Max thinking it would sort issue ... now have the Sky Max white router and nothings changed.

Went live yesterday ( moved from bt) and WiFi was a bit up and down well below 500mb/s. Today i moved my sky max hub (full fibre 500) into living room via 22m cat6 cable from ont and pc, tv, sky q all connected by ethernet (cat6) from hub and its been rock solid with speeds to pc over 600.

Albeit its still new and different setup to your house but just letting you know how I've set mine up.
