Sky max hub delivery

Hello, i have been waiting for the sky max delivery there is no assigned delivery date. I have a scheduled flight to 25 july and the network activiation date is 24 july. Can you please accelerate the delivery not to be ontime? Because sometimes the deliveries can be postponed to the next day. In that case, we can not activate our network. Thank you for the support.

@Yigit  You're not contacting Sky customer services by iosting here, no one would even know who you are from your community login.

 

You order tracker is the best place to check for delivery, however Sky won't expedite it just because you have a flight.

 

You should receive the hub prior to your go live date and as that is the 24th you still have a few days to receive the hub.

 

If it can't be delivered it will normally be returned to the local Royal Mail sorting office where it can be collected within a certain time frame.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Yigit You can always activate on your return, trying to squeeze it all in before may just not be the ideal, and getting sky to move forward in time no chance off that happening, they can easily move it all back 21 day's or later if you do wish to go that way!
