Sky max hub arrived but no activation date on box

If you placed a new order for broadband or a broadband upgrade you will have been notified of an activation date by email: typically this is a couple of days after the Hub arrives. If you just ordered the Hub to go onto existing Sky Broadband then you can connect it at your convenience.
