When will my new router be delivered?

I had an engineer out to sort my broadband, he said we needed a new router and would send one out. That was almost 2 weeks ago. Can you tell me when it will be sent out thanks

I'd think that suggests no replacement Hub was ordered: I'm not even sure engineers can actually do so.
