Sky max hub and xbox nat problems

Hi ive recieved the  white sky max hub to connect my new full fibre broadband. After plugging all in and connecting to it with all my gadget and gizmos which the vast majority are working great. The problen i have is regarding xbox game play nat issues. Has anybody got a simple solution for it never had issues with the old black router which ive currently plugged back in and everything is great again. Sky technical had no answer for me which was very frustrating my partner also works from home with a work vpn ive read people have had issues, we havent tried her computer yet as its the weekend. Any answer and simple solutions would be great cheers.

Re: Sky max hub and xbox nat problems

@Sean179 The real simple one is just disconnect the sky Max and return to the Sky Broadband Hub you had connected before that works well!

One change to the sky Hub you may wish to consider, the picture is linked below once it is cleared for viewing!

SR203 set for WANoESR203 set for WANoE

@Sean179 it is possible your wife's work vpn will be affected by the MAP-T IP4 address sharing tgst Sky use by default on the white Sky Max hub the number of reports of issues gave dropped away presumably because the system providers have applied patches so try it and see if shhe hits issues. Something around a million of these hubs are in use.

Regarding your xbox there is no reason with MAP-T should affect the xbox nat settings. I would enable the UPnP setting on your new hub which is pff by default see UPnP set up hopefully that will sort the issue.
