Sky max hub - Wrong cable
Hi
Our sky max hub WiFi was activated today. We need the white ended lan to purple ended cable but have been given a LAN to LAN (both white ends) and so cannot plug into our sky max box. I've looked for a contact for Sky everywhere and cannot find one and have also tried the chat bot but not helped. Any suggestions?

Re: Sky max hub - Wrong cable
Hi @Alyssa2 Just checking that you know that the colours are not important, it is the type of plug that is. If you are plugging in your Sky Q TV box into the Router then you need an Ethernet patch lead, RJ45 to RJ45.

Is this to an ONT box for full fibre as that just needs a lan or ethernet cable, the colour doesn't matter.
