I have recently moved back to sky Nd have sky stream Nd fiber 150. The streaming puk is plugged directly in to my router by ethernet cable but I'm finding when watching HBO Max it keeps buffering during the shows but doesn't seem to do so when the adverts are on. IV tried to test my speed and it's bringing up a previous address from over 7 years ago and then telling me there's a problem. It brings up my current address when looking at adding products Could someone advise me of 1: changing the address 2: how to try and check the speed I'm getting.
Mine only uses 5 to 6 Mb/s if I test it. The network card in the puck is only 100Mb/s card anyway, as TV doesn't need much in the way of bandwidth. It sounds more like an intermittent connection then a slow connection. Make sure everything is plugged in properly.
