It's 2025 and this has been happening to us for the last 3-4 months. Since our contract changed. The first year of service we never had any issue but not it'll drop out randomly throughout the day from anything like 2-3 mins to 15-30 mins. It's so frustrating. We moved in a year ago and the router is brand new. **bleep** is going on? What am I even paying for?!
This exact thing has been happening to us for the last few weeks but we are still within our first year of contract. Internet drops out multiple times a day every day for random times each time. I've come here to look for answers and haven't gotten anything
I have the same problem since renewing my contract with sky in October, three times I've had visits , I've had open reach out twice and a wifi expert and still haven't resolved the issue .my next option is moving after 9 years with sky .I'm not paying the termination fee either
