My Sky internet second day sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It's not a first time. How to invite some ingeneer to fix this?

Same issue in Gloucestershire. Totally unreliable.

Steps are to run the Service Checker in the My Sky app over a mobile connection as that will tell you if Sky arexaware of an issue affecting your line if it does sorry you will need to be ostientvehilevit is fixed. However if it doesn't call Sky and report the fault.

6 mil clients is weak explanation. I used Vodafon before in London - always good internet connection. I travel alot and I don't remember even one day in city or village where there were no internet. In modern world the internet works everywhere and always. It's a standart. The problem with a Service Checker is that when the internet works 'everything looks good', but when internet doesnt work that service is anavailable )). Do you know how to call them?
