Sky hub

After 5 days and numerous phone calls, sky hub still not setting up on mysky app

Have uninstalled and reinstalled mysky app on a number of occasions per sky's instructions....no joy

 

Sky sent out a sky pod booster thing which would supposedly fix the problem 🙄but obviously  won't connect to hub

 

Really regretting changing broadband providers now 😢

 

Any more suggestions before I change back to my original broadband provider with whom I had no problems
