Sky hub

Hi, my Sky hub was returned to sender because Royal Mail couldn't find my address. How can I have delivered to a different address?

Does the postman normally have difficulty finding your address to deliver post? Is it a new build? 

Youll need to contact Sky and explain what happened but hubs are normally dispatched via Royal Mail to arrive a few days prior to the activation date. Once sent out you can usually track its progress.
