Sky hub

My sky hub keep going off and on and I don't know what's up with it

Also if the internet light is off or amber you can use the service checker in the broadband section of your my sky app using 4g/5g mobile data

@Leo5  Is this the connection dropping or are you having a loss of power on the router?

The sky broadband just disconnecting from the sky and going red

@Leo5  Have you tried running the broadband test when this happens to see if it finds any faults?

 

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
