Sky hub power failure

Hi, my router keeps losing power, I think there's a fault. It's gone off 3 times today already and there's no power in the unit

Give Sky a call in the morning about this as it might have devloped a fault based on what you have said here.

Hub not working

Hi, my hub won't turn on and stay on more than 5 mins. It needs replacing asap please as I need my WiFi to work from home

Did you contact Sky as advised? Working from home does not get you a quicker delivery.
