New sky hub arrived today. On the box the activation date is 03/04/24 however I received a text to say it was already activated. I have connected it to my openreach ONT correctly. My PON light won't stop flashing on the ONT and the only lights I have on the hub are power and WiFi, not internet. Anyone help? It's a brand new flat that we've just moved into and we're desperate to get it sorted. Do I just need to wait till tomorrow after the activation date on the box? Or is it openreach

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jack291 Are you able to post an image of what the front of the ONT looks like to see what the lights are doing on the front? If today is your activation day it can take up to midnight for data to flow.

Can't figure out how to send a photo.
on the ONT the lights are:
POWER light is solid green
ONT light is flashing green
LAN light is solid green
LOS is off

The light that says PON 2nd from the right is the one that is flashing

You'd have to do so before Sky would let you log a fault.
