Sky hub not working
Hi, had a power cut in my house (all
the lights switched off). Once the power came back on I noticed the wifi wasn't working. Checked the hub and no lights were on. Checked the fuse box and the downstairs wall socket fuse had tripped. When I flick it back to on it switches straight off. If I unplug the hub and flick the fuse it now stays on and all the switches work. Plug the hub in and the fuse trips again. Will sky replace the hub as part of my broadband deal? Thanks

Re: Sky hub not working
The hub has blown and you need to ring sky and ask for a new one

Re: Sky hub not working
@Scott6969 There have been a good few post's today with user's saying there hub's are now toasted via the storm so get onto sky by calling them and have a new hub arranged to be sent, more than likely the PSU unit but to test, just unplug the hub, reset the breaker and switch back on, if it trips with the hub disconnected and the PSU unit plugged in, then it is causing the problem. You do not say which hub you have so just makes it a guessing game.
