My sky max hub is not showing up in my products list of the MySky. I want to change the wifi password but can't do this as instructed. Can anyone help?

Hi. Thanks for getting back. I've now given it 48 hours after deleting app and restarting the hub. But it's still not in my products within the app. Anything else I can do? Thanks
