Sky hub not showing in my products

My sky max hub is not showing up in my products list of the MySky. I want to change the wifi password but can't do this as instructed. Can anyone help?

It wont show up for the first 24-48hrs if you've just had it installed

Hi. Thanks for getting back. I've now given it 48 hours after deleting app and restarting the hub. But it's still not in my products within the app. Anything else I can do? Thanks
