Sky hub not connecting

My sky hub upstairs isnt working properly, the light over connected isnt illuminated at all, not only that it means my sky box in room is not working. We also are having regular intermittant connection issues which disturbs gaming, work meetings watching telly etc. These issues are not being picked up by the broadband diagnostics but it is ruining our ability to get on line consistently and is making me consider looking for a different provider

Mine isn't working either, the tv downstairs and the phone is all connected but the sky steam puck upstairs and the Xbox isn't connecting and once the WiFi has been put in correctly it's still saying it's not correct, I've tested the broadband test on the app but it isn't picking up the faults
