I have newly joined sky broadband and waited for a week but the sky hub is still not showing on My Sky app. Can anyone advise how to resolve this as I need to connect to the hub to change my wifi password! Thanks!
I'm having the same issue. It's also a nightmare trying to get through to customer support. Really regret switching to Sky! I was told just to wait and if it still doesn't show in the app cancel within my cooling off period. Not really helpful!
