Sky hub max stuck on setup
My broadband was activated on the 17th May. Yesterday (28th May) I attemlted setting up my Sky Max Hub. After following the instructions, the hub turned on and started sorting itself out with the flashing green light. This light stayed on for about 30 minutes, as per the instructions it should only take a few minutes. So I tried again, unplugged everything and doing it again in the EXACT order of the instructions. The same thing happened again. When I check my connection on the sky app it says theres something wrong with the connection to the hub, and it sometimes says to switch the hub back on before trying again as it cannot be found (its always been on during these tests). I did the whole thing a third time and left it overnight, did not work and still flashing green. What do I do now since Sky are U S E L E S S at customer service ???

I'm having exactly the same problem and despite repeated following of the service checker instructions I'm still getting a flashing green. Sky are no help. It's been like this for several hours now and I had a similar issue on Thursday although that resolved itself on a reboot.
im within a hairs breadth of turning my sky mac hub into a frisbee, its less than 10 months old 😔
