Hi there, My sky wifi got made active yesterday but I cannot connect any devices or find the WiFi on anything. I have tried self serving on the app but nothing is helping. Can this be looked into please

Find out more@Krystyna_ you are not contacting Sky by posting in the forum and their lines are extremly busy this morning due to a major issue with one of their TV systems. Check thst the hub is showing a white light if it is using a mobike phone try using the camera to scan the QR code on the base of the unit as that should automatically connect the phone's WiFi. If it doesnt and the SSID on the base of the hub isnt showing on the list of WiFi networks then you have a dodgy hub and you will have to persevere with calling Sky.
