No Internet and Account Details Page Restricted

Does anyone have any idea with an issue that has come up with my Broadband:

 

Internet cut out and would not start back up after following the steps on the Sky toubleshooting guide after both unplugging and resetting the broadband. I tried to log the issue on my account but when trying to access any pages within the 'My Details' sections it seems to be restricted and my account now not having an address associated with the account.

 

It looks like my broadband has been disconnected from my address and account access has been restricted with no explanation as to how this has happened from the phone operator.

 

If anyone has had a similar issue, or any pointers in the right direction, that would be appreciated.

@Eriks check you are logging in with the correct Sky id details linked to the account. If you are and you have tried signing out and signing back in again you will have to call Sky but their lines are very busy as there is a major issue affecting their Stream/Glass TV systems today.
