Find out more@JackEboy125 the red light means the hub is not connected but this is not unusual as the text often comes through several hours before the activation is complste. The work is done by Openreach and can happen anytime up until midnight. If your hub is not connected by tomorrow call Sky but it is pointless calling before then as Openreach report overnight if there are snags.
