I have recently been sent a new Sky router to replace my current Sky router. Apparently the lady at Sky claied that my download speeds should increase to around 62 mb instead of current 30mb. How can this be so, if the copper line is still to be used?

Many thanks for your comments. This is similar to another person who spoke to me about this yesterday. I will send back the replacement router that Sky sent me a few weeks ago.
