Work computer said internet dropped . Saw internet light - none and voice light on hub orange. I need computer for work. No engineer visit slot available for nearly a week .

Find out moreUnfortunately only Openreach personnel can address external phone line faults: if you've tried restarting everything locally then you're in their hands for timescale. Working from home makes no difference: it's still a domestic broadband service.
