Sky hub 6 & pod

Just received my sky hub 6 with pod, I have a solid red light on router. 
I have connection as I've upgraded from my previous sky router. 
anyone help?

@Robertmgibson Think you need to give sky a call, have you tried connecting and setting up the hub with the MySky app.

Hi Jim 

I unplugged everything and used my old cable to connect to the ONT box and it worked. Looks like a faulty cable possibly thank you helping.

@Robertmgibson Can happen and must be a few cores not correct on the cable or just not wired up correctly to cause such an issue!
