Sky glass technical issue

My sky TV keeps saying technical issue but upon testing my broadband it says it looks good

@Angelatimblin if other devices are connecting then the most likely cause is a poor connection from your Sky hub to the TV. If you go into the Settings and find the network section it should tell you thecstatus of the wifi connection. 

If other devices are not connecting and the service checker is not telling you all is well then call Sky to report the fault. The service checker cannot pick up lost connectins for up to an hour.

 

I have just seen a report in a private firum the Sky have an issue they are investigating where Sky Glass TVs may show a technical difficulties screen on certain channels this is being investigated

Like wise broadband ok says check Wi-Fi everything connected to Wi-Fi  ?????

@Jbk2 a recent loss of connection will not show in the service checker but the lights on your hub will show the issue https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start explains what to do.
