Sky glass freezing regularly

My Sky glass keeps freezing all the time I keep resetting my router I'm getting sick of this now I've had nothing but bothering getting Sky glass

I've had exactly the same problem really frustrating not happt at all

@BF50-50 & @Andyd1976 common issue with any video streaming device is yhat anybinteruptions to the data feed causes buffering. Run the Network test in the Get Help menu of the Netflix app. To watch in UHD you need at least 25Mb/s ideally 35Mb/s if you set is not getting thst or there is interference from neighbours wifi you will suffer from buffeting. Sky can sell you an ad-on that can provide wifi extenders to strengthdn the signal see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or you could buy your own wifi kit to use.
