I've tried countless times, pressed WiFi button, turned off and on as per manual. It is another room next to hub. My Sonos system has connected and all other devices so why the problem.

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.

Actually, I cancelled printer on HP Smart App and reloaded. That worked. Thanks

HP make great printers but they are infuriating to connect there are loads of tricks and tips online but 9 times out of 10 its the printer not the router that is the issue.
