Sky full fibre installation

I ordered sky's broadband and need to provide details about the installation from the ESB pole to the house. Is there any email I can reach out to?

Sky support typically doesn't use email for customer issues: who is this information for?

As I understand it the connection follows the power cable down to the meter box and enters the property there: this is an installation method unique to RoI.

This would be required to provide additional information to the installer.

I'm not aware there's any method of doing so.  Is the information something you've been asked to provide?
