Sky fibre upgrade keeps dipping out

Recently had a new router and upgrade to full fibre broadband but it keeps dipping out? More frequently than it did before. Router in a clear space, no phones next to it to interfere. Any suggestions?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Try turning it off  for a few minutes and then turning  it back on see if that works
